Children up to 5 years when staying in parents' room - free of charge
Children 6 to 11 years: 50 % reduction when staying in parents' room
Children 12 to 16 years: 30 % reduction when staying in parents' room
We have an attractive menue for our small guests;

When booking breakfast arrangements, childrens meals are settled a la carte.
Adults with additional bed
The 3rd adult gets reduction approximately 30 % incl. meals.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs we accept only on advanced booking in special rooms.
No admission to restaurant and wellness-rooms. CHF 20 / EUR 15
per day without food.
Room entry and reservations
The rooms are ready for you from 2 p.m.. Please leave the room on your
day of departure till 12 a.m.
We are unable to confirm booking of certain rooms and floors. We advice to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.

Cash, Euro (is calculated at daily rate of exchange), postcard, EC-Direct,

Cancellation conditions
During the high season we request security payment of 3 days as guarantee.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
As from 29 up to 14 days before arrival, we ask for compensation of 50 % of the total amount.
14 days before arrival we ask for compensation of 100 % of the total amount.
For the massage
Appointment cancellations or postponements are free of charge if made 24 h before the treatment.
